R.E.S.T. is a buyer's brokerage offering  service for a fee to for sale by owners. As a buyer's Real Estate Broker, our fiduciary responsibility is with the buyer. We do not represent sellers. We do offer specific services needed to successfully market the property and close the transaction for a fee.

        We will meet with both parties to complete the purchase agreement, addendums and required disclosures. Order title work and place with a closing attorney. Buyers and Sellers want to feel their concerns are addressed and are more comfortable meeting with a neutral third party to complete the purchase contract.

  *We will oversee the process from accepted offer to closing for timely and efficient closings. Every day your closing is delayed, it costs you at minimum your per day interest and the use of your proceeds on the next project. Professionally managing needed steps from lender to obtain the clear to close to working with the closing attorney preparing legal documents and scheduling can expedite the closing date.
